Subway - Stevens Point

The two college student servers were polite, professional, and not hesitant to work. My dinner on December 8th was excellent! Thank you!

This is a traditional subway restaurant with a clean environment and accommodating staff. Although they were out of some ingredients, my sandwich still turned out delicious.

This restaurant experience was terrible and lacked professionalism. While waiting for 5 minutes to place my order, a worker took a selfie. The workers were also discussing drug use with their family during my visit, which was disheartening. The quality of the food was also subpar, with soggy and discolored vegetables. I would not recommend this location as it seems they have no quality standards in place.

There was hair in my food and the building was extremely dusty when sitting in there. The service was ok but the other things are health violations or at least the hair in food is. Dont complain often but everyone hates hair in their food.

Food was pleasant, and the sandwich artists were friendly, however when I was ordering the herb and cheese bread for my footlong, the sandwich artist told me the bread had just came out of the oven and too hot to grab off of the rack, but was kindly enough to offer me alternatives, I ended up waiting for 10 minutes for it cool down. I honestly don’t blame the guy, but maybe the manager needs to do more training on how to handle bread that had just come out of the oven. March 4th, 2020
