Sheetz - Sterling

Beautiful spacious station well equipped with all basic services. The shop has various delicious snacks. Petrol prices are pretty good compared to others nearby.

Always have great customer service experiences here. My 6 years old has accidentally fallen from his peanut butter milk shake, unfortunately it caused a great chaos on the ground. The manager not only saved my face from embarrassment, but immediately discovered, and replaced it immediately without additional fee, without even being asked, this is FIRST CLASS JOB!!! Today I was just wondering humbly if there was a microwave to warm up their cold donut, the super friendly staff Kevin went over his miles took the donut and went into their kitchen to warm it up for me (again, without extra charge). Your hospitality is amazing. A suggestion why I didn't score 5 stars yet (although, maybe because I used to score 5 diamonds hotel restaurant business b4! . You don't have enough variety of their 5 stars hot drinks like Starbuck (i.e. Starbuck has Japanese Matcha, Sumatra and Javanese coffe!!!, etc. So if they can improve, it will be great! (You do not even have regular Caramel Caffè or Qahwa the Arabic coffee, Turkish Caffè, etc.) PS: Your hard worker chased Mr. Kevin. I very respect for his excellent hard work great customers svc skills!!! Congratulations to have him as your great employee!!!

The place is clean. The staff is friendly. You can occasionally be quite slow to get your food order ready. Best order your app if you can. I like that Sheetz has healthy snack options. Their gas prices are usually competitive.

I don’t have any Sheetz where I live, but when I need to stop during my travels and see one, I’m stopping. Gas prices are ok, but the fresh made foods and variety of snacks makes it worth the stop. Only one minor complaint this time, the food preparer forgot to add my ordered condiments to my sandwich. I didn’t find that out until I was well away from the place. Not a deal breaker though, because the sandwich had plenty of meat inside and it still was delicious!!

Perfectly located near Route 28. I frequently stop here in the wee hours of the morning to order my favorite takeouts. Best thing about this location is the staff remembers your name, which makes this experience pleasant and welcoming. In addition, the Sheetz location is well-stocked with the most convenient made to order meals and snacks find in large grocery store food chains. Mahe sure you sign up for the Sheetz card too, as this makes your purchases valuable over time with points toward free items such as coffee, soft drinks and sandwiches too.
