I want my family to NOT get food poisoning when we dine in this place. That's the third time that we? ve got sick from you

The hotel is located in a slightly remote part of the parking lot that you might easily miss if you do not notice. However, I had doubts in this place because it was small, out of the way and surrounded by free branches. Nevertheless, the service was very fast and provided by a friendly face behind the counter. My order was a meat lover, promised in 15 minutes, but delivered in less than that. I will definitely promote the small business because they try to get their best and it shows in the service provided.

Best customer service!!! I placed an order and it was taking a little while to get to me. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman who checked on my order, told me it should be there in 5 minutes and appologized for the wait. So professional. Thank you so much.

I ordered cheese sticks and was given a square overcooked pizza. The square pizza was not cut into sticks. The female cashier explained this location doesn't cut the square pizza into sticks. I requested that they remake my order and not burn the cheese stick. And I requested the square pizza be cut into sticks. Once the male started to cut and create sticks, the rude cashier female told him several times not to cut and create sticks. I interrupted and said, Please cut into stick. Please do what the customer asked. The cashier lady had an attitude and didn't say anything to me. I left this location and will never return or order, again.

BEWARE of this location! I have ordered delivery from here multiple times and they ALWAYS forget something (2 liter drink, sauces, wings, etc), but I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt. I've never had a successful order. Today I ordered 3 topping carry out pizza, but instead of the 3 toppings, I just wanted extra cheese. Instead of letting it go, making an friendly exception, the lady at this branch said absolutely not. Topping and cheese are not the same thing... Which makes absolutely no sense. But even if that's their policy, for all the times they've taken money and not given me what's owed, they couldn't make a $2.50 exception. Absolute WORST customer service I've ever encountered. After this I will never be back! If you're really craving pizza, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, really not worth it.
