Papa Johns - Sterling

My party entered the restaurant to place an order and inquire about specials. A young man at the counter assisted us in choosing a special and provided an estimated time frame for our order. When we checked back, he informed us it would be ready in 4 minutes. True to his word, he personally delivered our order to our table, complete with paper plates and napkins. We were impressed by the personal touch and knew it would be a great start to our meal. The pizza and cheese sticks were piping hot and delicious. We truly appreciated the excellent service. Thank you!

Vater John's has really made a name for itself. It's rare for fast food places to receive high ratings, but this one is an exception! The restaurant is very clean, the staff is welcoming and attentive, and the pizza tastes fresh. I drove 25 minutes to pick up the pizzas and they were still fresh when I got home and even the next day! I think we can all agree that's a sign of a good pizza. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 Torpizzens.

This Papa John's pizza is one of the best I've ever had. They always deliver within 30 minutes of ordering, and the pizzas are consistently fresh and delicious. Although they once forgot an item I ordered, they quickly rectified the mistake and even offered a free pizza on the house. Their dedication to customer service is truly commendable and rare to find these days.

I got my online order that was wrong. I called back to the store and got another pizza. the second pizza was burned. to round it, both deliveries were delivered by a door lock driver and not a real worker of papa johns even tho I placed the order on the papa john’s app. the food was cold and was not delivered in a thermal pizza bag. I am not sure whether any location doorbag used to supply their food, but I will not order papa john is in the future.

Incorrectly labeled as open when in fact it was temporarily closed. I have updated this entry into Google however the phone number is still active and will direct you to an alternate Papa John's about 15 minutes across town. They will still take your order so it's confusing when you go to pick it up and wind up at the wrong Papa John's because they're unclear about the situation on the phone
