It felt like home, just like the way my mother used to cook. The food was authentic and genuine. You really need to experience this!

Monas offers delicious food, and the rose-infused tea is excellent. We sampled the Monas plate, which includes grape leaves, hummus, bread, and tabbouleh—a great choice if you want to try a bit of everything. We also ordered the basket. The restaurant is situated in a house, so be sure to follow the signs at the door to find it easily.

What a delightful experience! This restaurant is set in a historic home, making it feel like a journey back in time. When you arrive, there’s a sign inviting you to greet Mona in the kitchen, which is located at the back of the house. It reminded me of my childhood visits to my grandmother's house, where we would always find her in the kitchen. The lentil soup and baklava were absolutely divine! We also shared Mona's Platter and the Kafa, which was more than enough for us. Every dish was delicious and definitely worth the visit. Mona and her assistant were warm and welcoming. While there might be a bit of a wait between your arrival and receiving your food, it’s worth it. You can explore the house, including the second floor, while you wait. Don't miss out on this gem!

First order and I was very excited to try their sandwiches. I ordered Shawarma and Chicken Shawarma, very disappointed the chicken Shawarma pure was very strong, and the amount of meat was very little, the beef Shawarma you can count on how many pieces they put.
