Very friendly, well trained employees. Food is always good for quick fare.

Long lines, but it was fast in my experience and food came out fairly quickly. Sandwich was warm and fries are fresh.

The customer service was not good at all. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I would say Chick-fil-A has the best customer service, even at the airport, compared to what I encountered here.

I am shocked by the experience I had at this Chick-fil-A location. While the chain generally has an outstanding reputation, this specific restaurant is poorly managed. The staff appeared unhygienic, unprofessional, and rude. Additionally, the portion sizes were smaller than what I typically expect from other locations, even though the prices were higher due to the airport setting. It seems like the employees lack any formal training. Is this truly a franchise or is it still owned by Chick-fil-A? If it’s the latter, they need to take immediate action to prevent further damage to their reputation.
