Tim Hortons - Sterling Heights

Had my first date with Abby. My girlfriend. It was awesome. We had iced coffee.

Tell me why it takes 4 minutes for a team member to get to the drive-through speaker when no one else is in line, and what is the point of ordering/paying ahead if y’all don’t even make the sloppy food, at a snails pace, until the person arrives? Never again, I’ll be sticking to Dunkin. They’re prompt, friendly and understand the point of ordering ahead.

I got an iced coffee and a cream filled donut. The donut had almost no filling in it. Service was good and the drive thru line went quick.

It takes forever to order because it's Short staffed. I love the Tim Hortons on Hayes next to Huntington bank and Meijer. Faster than 19 mile and Hayes . And, you can sit outside.

Staff at 4pm on 04-21 (avg girl with dark brown curly hair in pony tail was the problematic staff member and one other woman there) were very rude, my coffee was cold with a mouthful of unstirred sugar and I brought it back and was laughed at by staff then they insulted me as a mother 'be a better example ' when they can 't even make a coffee right. will be following up with corporate but hopefully the owner sees this and addresses their mean careless heartless prankster staff.
