There were a couple cars in front of me and the waitress was long but a couple cars moved up. When there were only 2 cars in front of me, it took 20 minutes for the person 's order to be taken. When the next car pulled up, it was 11pm and the person was told they were closed. I pulled up and was told the same. I explained to the girl at the drive thru that I had been in line for 40 minutes. She said she wasn 't sure what was going on and that she just came up front and she is not allowed to serve anyone after 11. It was exactly 11:00. After this experience and reading other reviews about how slow this location is, I would definitely think twice about returning. Clearly customer satisfaction is not high on their list of priorities.
I ordered tater tots. The grease it was fried in was nasty, hard and wasn't golden brown. I asked if the lemonade limeade was fresh and she said yes
Pulled into a stall and after 10 minutes the call want answered. Downloaded the app and placed an order that was for 2 slushes. Took another 20+ minutes I was told they are only doing drive thru. Extremely unimpressed. I work locally and will remember to never come back for lunch since I won't have the time
I would definitely not recommend coming to this location. My fiance and I stopped in for a quick bite on the road. Well, there was nothing quick about this. It took 5 minutes for someone to answer our call to place an order (under the car tent), and then we waited a total of 40 minutes before we got our food. After about 20, we pushed the button again for them to tell us 'we 're almost done it 'll be right out '. We waited about another 15 or 20 minutes! We would have left but we had already paid. Should have come in and got our money back. To top it off, we asked for extra ketchup for our tots and we got nothing. Wasn 't worth the headache to ask for some at that point.
Perpetual slow service due to under staffing. Tonight, sat in line as one of two customers waiting at the drive thru. Told to wait while the only employee worked on the other customers order. Finally, after 10 minutes, was asked about my order. Asked for some shakes. Told there wasn't any ice cream. Aside from the lack of ice cream, the ridiculousness of being told to wait. Proper customer service would have informed me of the lack of ice cream prior to the wait. Worst Sonic location in the area.
