Love this Ruby Tuesday ! The food is always good and the salad bar can’t be beat such a great variety. But the outstanding customer service is what sets this restaurant apart from others they always strive to make sure you are totally satisfied every time you visit. All of the staff, from the hostess to the manager, are very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to everyone !

I haven't visited Ruby Tuesdays in years, but I will definitely be back to this location soon. The customer service was outstanding and the food delicious. The staff is amazing and will go out their way to make sure you are satisfied. From the greeter, to the person who stocks the salad bar (croutons were super fresh and still warm), to the server Ryan, and the manager...everyone was great. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

We recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Ruby Tuesday in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and our experience was wonderful. Both the food and service were outstanding, as they consistently are. My husband chose the half slab of ribs with mashed potatoes, while I had the Chicken Parmesan. The only reason I’m not giving a full five-star rating is that the sauce on my dish was a bit sparse. However, when I asked our waiter for extra sauce, he quickly responded and brought it to me. Overall, we enjoyed a lovely meal.
