McDonald's - Sterling Heights

After a long flight to home stop by 3 clock. the whole personal I spoke to in the car was super nice and the lady who gave us our food let us laugh. eating was almost perfect. our quarter had to sit around. the bungalow was hard and the meat was unpleasant. would definitely recommend, only based on the personal.

Not sure whether app problems or restaurant problems. from the app, went through the thru running gear and gave the code as needed. no command. correct position. the contractor was not helpful and frustrating to a point that we just left and our order canceled. more trainings are required to deal with app orders.

Location I was the worst, the personal is unpredictable. our eating was ready to sit at the window for good ten minutes, no one bothered to come and get the payment to give us the food. there was a lady who just walked around and the girl who commanded and took the payment on her phone and just talked to her associate. when she gave us that and we told her that she got the size wrong, she tried to argue with a attitude. if she took the order correctly without being distracted on her phone, she might have done her job properly.

Eating is a good quality, but that's it. the personal is terrible. lazy is the best word to describe her. it's 2 o'clock and I wait in a line for 45 minutes for eating while I see 3 of the workers eating mcdonald.

This place is a joke. I ordered a regular Egg McMuffin and received what seems to be a hash brown with melted cheese on it and Big Mac sauce. My friends, family and I are NEVER returning back to this McDonald’s, you shouldn’t either. This location is a joke!
