I ordered ahead on the app. After waiting 15 minutes I asked the employee if they got my order. It was sitting on their back counter and no one had bothered to put it on the pickup shelves.

This is my favorite subway to go to in Westminster. The staff is nice and the food is fresh.

I travel up and down the east coast and as far west as Clarksville Tennessee from Virginia Beach. This particular subway should be a model on how it's supposed to be operated. Friendly, fast, efficient, organized, and clean. Take note subway co

This is the 3rd time ordering on the app and not getting what I asked for. This time I not only selected my choice, I asked again in the special instructions. I also called, which was answered with a hello? lol I asked is this the westminster subway? Great impression. They confirmed they 'd received my order. I sweetly asked if they could toast the bread on my specific sub. Yeah, we can do that. Ugh ok. You wouldn 't think this would be too much. I 'll change my rating to 5 stars if my order is right.
