While this place is crazy busy in the morning, pre-ordering with the app makes all the difference in the world. Pre-Ordered about 10 minutes ahead of time, I was able to walk in get my coffees, breakfast, munchkins and be out of there within minutes.

I don’t usually write reviews, but there was an issue with the delivery app where something wasn’t showing up. I called them about 7 times within a 30 minute span and they never answered. They have the app set to where you can’t even add a note with your order.

I stop trying this one... they never have anything.. the guy tells me there's a limited stock on donuts lolol I just go to shopper's they have more variety!!

This Dunkin’ Donuts forgot half of my order this morning in my bag! I didn’t realize it until my daughter and I were already well down the road. They also failed to put napkins in the bag, I mean, why would you need a napkin? You’re only eating a sticky, frosted doughnut I can’t imagine why you might need a napkin. Lol When I called to let them know that they forgot half my order in the bag and I told them they need to check before they hand the back to the customer and they drive away. They hung up on me. That was their customer service solution this morning while I was taking my daughter to school at Gerstell.! It always baffles me why people choose to go into ownership or management when they don’t know the first thing about being professional, courteous or supplying superb customer, service, and dispute resolution when there’s a problem caused by their establishment… hey…..May just be a doughnut to them, but it was our breakfast.?
