Clancy's Pub - Stephenville

Small parking lot outside. Steps down at door and more inside to the bar. limited bar food, but we had the big nachos and they were very good. Seems to be a late crowd place. Wings or chicken tenders, a hamburger, fish and chips, fries, and calamari were on the menu. And there are potato skins and the ever present poutine.

Recently had wing special and drinks with a few friends. The service was fabulous and the food was awesome. I would recommend Clancy's for a family meal, meeting with friends or any special occasion

Great place to go to unwind. Friendly staff, pub food is the best. Open Mic nights and comedy acts provide great entertainment. Would certainly return. Find this little spot right under Razoolies. Great times for college students and professionals alike

Came for wings with myself and my daughter, it was wing night for wings). The food is always great, my family come here often... but most likely won’t be coming back due to the horrible management. My complaint is that my server came...to check on me, she was very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure my daughter and I were doing okay. As she was approaching us I gave her a thumbs up, as we were doing fine and didn’t need anything. She then went back behind the bar, and I came up to get my bill. The manager (Gloria I believe) proceeds to yell at the poor girl for not taking our dishes off the table (while we were still eating might I add), right in front of all the bar customers. Anyone in the pub could have heard her saying horrible things to this girl. I asked the server if she gets yelled at like that all the time, she seemed afraid to answer which gives me the impression that she in fact does get treated wrongly quite often. I’ve been told she no longer works there, so my guess is she moved on to another job which hopefully treats her like a proper human being. Something needs to be done about the management at this place, the food is great but I do not enjoy eating at a place that disrespects their staff in such a way. Good luck keeping any employees

Family of out for a girls night. Service was awesome, in particular, Gloria. Had wings and kris cut fries that were loaded. The food was quite tasty. It just wasn't hot. That was the only complaint with all of us at the table. Staff...were very attentive and couldn't praise enough. There was a performer whose singing was okay. It was much too loud for our liking as it interfered with our ability to converse
