Starbucks - Stephenville

The food and drinks here are consistently fantastic, and the customer service is always top-notch. However, the hours can be quite inconsistent; they frequently toggle the mobile ordering option, which is quite frustrating! I called to inquire about this and received a disappointing explanation from the manager—it was simply because they were too busy. I feel that the app should help streamline the process. Instead of placing an order, I could just pick it up, but placing the order is what takes the most time!

After a long day at work, I decided to relax with a cold brew from Starbucks outside. I struggled a bit with the app while trying to add my new debit card and update my address to make a payment. Fortunately, the lady behind the counter was incredibly kind and encouraged me to take my time. When I shared that I had a long day and still had a long trip back to Dallas, she suggested I try their cold beer. I went for the new nitro cold brew, without the sweet cream, and I must say, it's incredibly smooth, strong, and flavorful. I’ll definitely take my time enjoying it, as it packs a significant caffeine punch!
