Dunkin' - Stephenville

Arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. The place has a great feel to it.

I love this place, excellent food service. The staff was sociable and attentive. Prices are reasonable. My apartment is far from here, so I can't visit often.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Steubenville is the most comical establishment I have ever encountered. Depending on which manager is on shift, it will determine how your drink is made. Let me clarify, when I say drink, I mean hot chocolate. I visited this afternoon (Saturday 10/30) and ordered a hot chocolate with full milk, not water. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted another one, so I went through the drive-thru at 1:15. The poor young girl informed me that the current manager was "confusing" her on how to make the drinks. This situation was both ridiculous and amusing. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I will be visiting a Dunkin’ Donuts a few miles down the road in Wintersville instead. The image of that first drink is all I could handle, so I'll stick with whatever the other manager is ordering.

Overall, the food was mostly good but on my last visit they served me the wrong type of donuts. I was disappointed.

The Dunkin' Donuts in Steubenville is quite amusing. The drink you receive may vary depending on the manager working at the time. I recently ordered a hot chocolate with whole milk at noon, only to be told by a different manager at 1:15 pm that they refuse to make it that way. It was both ridiculous and funny at the same time. I will not be returning to this location, but will instead visit the one in Wintersville. Kudos to the manager who made my first drink correctly and understood customer service.
