Hazendal Wine Estate - Stellenbosch

We have fallen in here on recommendation and I am so glad we have made it! its Russian farm with something really amazing decoration, an oldtimer showroom, a wine tasting room, a Russian high tea option (book 24 hours in advance for this as well as the lace tasting area above when it is a group of 5 or more. we tasted every wein possible and it was a good fun! they have experienced great changes in recent years with renovations and some new renaming blocks. I think it will be interesting to see where they can make their wee!

Booked for Thursday since weekends are fully booked. Service (by Dennis) was very friendly and informative. I have a lot of background about the history of the farm and the tea ceremony was just something else. It took about 90 minutes to enjoy some Russian tea and kitchen. Very recommended!

Beautiful facility with so many things to enjoy. there is a deli with rasenmen menu options weinverkostung also experience a sit down option in the deli das piwnuskha restaurant. can not wait to try the Russian tea experience, but they must book in advance for it. it works perfectly to couple a booking at wonderdal for the children the tea experience as they are both 2 hours long. the rasen hidden gardens are luxuriantly welcoming. the weingut also has a golf course, conference function venue options.

Nice place for a good summer picnic with family and friends. They offer picnic baskets or you can choose to buy from the restaurant or van. It is also the perfect place for these amazing looking pictures. You also have a wedding place, a party place and children's slides at the golf course lawn. Very recommended

A lovely intimate wine tasting venue with a lovely staff. The wine was delicious, including the mcc. The deli had a lovely atmosphere with thefood being delicious and had a glass of mcc to top it off. The views were picturesque
