Basic Bistro - Stellenbosch

I ordered the drunk hawn thai where I left the hawn to make it vegan and ordered the chili on the side (recommended because it can be very sharp! overall the restaurant is vey cozy and the eat delicious!

I had only one ok cappuccino, but a great mouse au schokolade da! update, also tried their Thai iron frit that was good.

The bistro is beautifully decorated. the service is friendly but quite slow. there is a separate vegetarian menu with some vegan options. the food tasted good, but was nothing special, a little slandering my mind. the salad was very delicious!

Exciting on the look for separate menu for vegetarian, but eating was disappointing. I have a Thai revolt with a spicy warning that was blanching:

Many Vegan options, ask for the separate all-vegan menu. We had a burger and pasta. Pasta was good, the burger not so much.
