DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant - Steinbach

About what you'd expect from DQ - clean, decent service & food. The chicken burgers are OK, not a whole piece of meat, just microwaved strips. Hamburgers are pretty good. Prices aren't too bad, no more outrageous than any other fast food joint.

This location typical of this franchise. Friendly staff, decent value. Cleanliness and effort acceptable. We had a variety of ice frozen items on a nice day for takeout. They melted. Imagine. Enjoy.

This fast food place is a decent place to eat on the cheap but doesn't offer the flavour of something like A&W. Fast service, friendly and clean and good for families on a budget. Tough to beat a banana split in summer however !!

We were happy to find out this Dairy Queen had a small play area. Quality fast-food at reasonable prices. Great value with some of them including a dessert. All the tables were dirty and the staff were not overly friendly.

My hubby and I stopped by for a quick bite to eat before an evening engagement. This visit was probably the worst I've ever had at Dairy Queen in Steinbach. I had the crispy chicken burger and it was a little too crispy. I went up and asked for a little mayo as the mayo on the burger was a little skimpy and the patty very dry. I was told I could not have any unless I paid $0.50 for it. I explained about the burger being dry and I only wanted a little. The girl I spoke with offered to make another burger but wouldn't give me a tablespoon of mayo unless I paid for it. I didn't want them to make another burger as that would be wasteful and I told her that. I also told her I wasn't enjoying the dry patty. Her response was just to shrug her shoulders and walk away. This to me is extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy.
