Boston Pizza - Steinbach

I was really looking forward to my cactus cuts, when i opened my bag there was no cactus cut sauce. what's the point of cactus cuts without sauce. to sum it for ya i don't think i'm ever ordering cactus cuts again or coming back to this location.

Steinbach location needs to bring the french onion soup back Haha but otherwise the service is fast and friendly, and the food is always great! One of me and the boyfriends favourite date spots!

Had dinner on Friday, after work. We got there early while there was still lots of room and no line up. We got there before 5, so it's no surprise that they seated us right away. Our server greeted us shortly after. He was friendly and attentive. We each ordered a small pizza and it came in a timely fashion. Like I said before, the restaurant was not full. The pizza here is always good, as are the salads and the pastas and sandwiches. The only thing that would make this better would be them serving Coca Cola products, and since they don't then they should add Mountain Dew to their list of options. But nevertheless the water with lemon is good. We were too full to have dessert, but they looked and sounded amazing!

This is the first official review I have made as I'm fed up with this place! Long story short in the past we have had delivery where it took literally over 2 hours for our food to get to us at which point it was the wrong food entirely. More times than not they have to call us for directions on delivery. In Stienbach?! Not a huge town. Also considering we live on a very long common street in Steinbach. And today. Today put the icing on the cake for us (NOTE: let me clarify today's issue was strictly the owners fault as the server couldn't do anything about it). My wife and I decided we were gonna have a couple drinks and supper so we went to BP and headed for the lounge. The waitress approached the table we sat down at and asked if we were there to watch the UFC event and if so there would be a $10 cover charge per person over and above our meal costs and drink costs. If we weren't there for the even she apologized and said we would have to move to the dining room. The cover charge it self makes sense in a case were the bar is packed and there is a massive demand for seating. Literally HALF the entire lounge was empty!! The fact that the owner of a place like BP asks their patrons to pay for a seat at a chain restaurant made us very very mad. Trust you me I am done with this place. The people around me will hear about this!
