Soup Kharcho, one of best dishes in traditional Georgian cuisine, was terrible as one of main ingredients beef was undercooked, very hard not only to chew, but also hard to cut with knife. Also beef stew was similar, with meat hard even to cut with knife. I mentioned that to waiter, who said “ I will refer the message”. No one came out and ask about the issue.
