Hotel rooms were decent (honestly you won't find better in Kazbegi) and the staff was super nice and helpful. It's also located in a nice place with pretty amazing views from the restaurant windows. The one thing that is noteworthy though is that the food is the best food we had during our entire trip to Georgia (10 days across 4 cities). My friends and I tried the menu extensively and I can confidently say not a single dish we tried was not exceptionally delicious. That chef deserves to audition for MasterChef honestly. My special recommendation and sympathy to this hotel and its staff. I am writing as not only a satisfied, but also a happy customer. There is a big difference between the two. I have been in many hotels, I like the environment and the service, but I have never felt so happy as here. Very nice interior, comfort, attentive employees. Outstanding cleanliness, which I pay a lot of attention to. The most delicious dishes, the best wine. The views and location are unmatched. My 100% recommendation for this hotel. I was very surprised when I looked at the reviews of other guests, I couldn't agree more with them. We were a family with two children and it was a completely safe and pleasant environment for them too. Thank you very much for such happy days. We will definitely come back. This hotel offers a delightful experience, boasting splendid mountain views. The staff is exceptionally friendly, providing top-notch customer service. The cuisine is delectable, and the wine selection is commendable. However, the drawback lies in the rooms' lack of soundproofing, which may result in noise disturbances from outside or within. Nevertheless, if all guests maintain quiet, this issue is easily mitigated. The balcony, unfortunately, is quite compact, making it less comfortable for enjoying coffee or wine. In summary, this establishment offers a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks, making it a suitable choice for those seeking mountain views and amiable service. Special thanks to the dedicated staff for their exceptional service and warm hospitality, which truly enhanced our stay. Your efforts did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated.

We stayed one night at this hotel during our Kazbegi trip. The hotel's design is very stylish: the dining area, rooms and corridors has a very nice minimalistic and cosy atmosphere. Views from the terrace is absolutely stunning. But there are some issues that makes your stay a bit uncomfortable. Although rooms have a good design, they are not functional. For example: there are only two electrical outlets in whole room, bathroom gets totally wet when you have shower, and very poor sound isolation. Besides, for breakfast it is a shame that there is only instant coffee offered at such a cosy place.
