Phenomenal Falafel - Steamboat Springs

Thank goodness our Hot Springs shuttle driver Jeff told us to eat here. We LOVED the food. Jeff said we would not regret trying the falafel and he was right on!! Thanks Falafel Bob, Jeff, Katie!!

Simply delicious! Nothing fancy, just a little shack, bare bones menu. I am so disappointed that they are leaving Steamboat! I was really looking forward to them on my return visit. So good that I tried to recreate the menu in my own kitchen...

The food here is the best, most affordable, and quickest you'll find, and it's healthy too! If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely should!
