Laundry - Steamboat Springs

This restaurant was very accommodating for a vegan and a non-vegan. we ordered some vegan teller to share and some vegan and non-vegan teller to hoard. it was all delicious. I ordered their infusion cocktail of the day and it was awesome. make sure they ask about it when they go. the building and the interieur are cozy and historical.

With 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian, and 1 omnivore, we had three very satisfied people after our dinner. gastgeber were extremely courteous, do not put vegan items (cheese, fried wobble, speck) on the side, so most dishes could be shared by all. really great cocktails and excellent service. I love this place.

My wife and I are oil-free vegan, not the easiest people to cook. give the restaurant a few hours before our arrival to both confirm that they will take us and give them some time to prepare for such esoteric diet. the chef (turn nod), has made an exceptional job. really one of the best vegan meals I had last year. only one week spent in nyc and dined in some very well-known vegan facilities; the meal we had at the laundry was far above all we rehearsed in nyc. updated from previous review on 2016-08-10

This is one of our favorite restaurants in steamboat! The fiery margarita is awesome, we love the brussel sprout hash, the shishito peppers, the beef brisket, basically everything here is delicious. Go!!!

Great atmosphere, interesting cocktails set the stage for an amazing variety of small plate dishes. Don’t miss the hash or Mac and cheese.
