I received excellent service from very polite staff. They even allowed me to rearrange the tables and chairs to create a more comfortable atmosphere.

I had a disappointing experience with the cold breakfast sandwich I received. It was not the sandwich I ordered, and unfortunately, the server didn't seem to speak or understand English, which led to the mix-up with my order. Overall, this was not a good example of customer service.

After reading previous reviews, I now understand… this place is disappointing! Tim Hortons is famous for its delicious cream cheese bagels, but the staff here were incredibly stingy with the cream cheese. They didn't even spread it all the way to the edges!

I was at drive thru .. i had a tea , pastery, plain croissant and dip… the girlwho handed me the food told me dip is inside the bag so i didn’t check but there was no dip and tea was like i am just drinking hot water .such a worse

Bought a breakfast sandwich on a English muffin and it was stale or pre-made ahead of time and put in the microwave. It was not freshly made. Very disappointing bcs I buy alot of Tim's breakfast sandwiches.
