Taste Of India - Staunton

Although the food and service are excellent, the reason for four stars is that they do not have a lunch menu. Full dinner prices (mine was $20) weren't what we had in mind for lunch. Only rice came with the entrée. The naan and relish etc. were extra. My lunch came to over $25 without a soda. We were about to finish both entrees without a problem and I am not a big eater. Again, the food was very tasty.

This is the place in Staunton for Indian cuisine. The cost would concern me if it wasn't so delicious! Be prepared to take some home with you or consider splitting a meal especially if you get their tasty appetizers. I cannot wait to come back!

FABULOUS meal, and the heat quotient was perfection. Dishes to try LAMB VINDALOO, BUTTER CHICKEN, NAVRATTAN KORMA a PISTACHIO CHICKEN KORMA.

My husband and I enjoyed our dining experience. The food was quite delectable. I had never tried the Chicken Chilli, and it was so good!!

The rice pudding was exactly what I wanted, while the butter chicken my friend got tasted superb. We shared it and the restaurant gave me a little cup of spices to make it as fiery as I like. Pleasant atmosphere and clean, plus the food was brought out quickly.
