Chick-fil-a - Staunton

I stopped by for a late lunch and ordered a dish that included crunchy kale with nuts in a vinaigrette dressing. The chicken strips were hot and freshly prepared. It’s a great spot for a quick lunch. The dining area was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was served promptly and was obviously fresh. I was really impressed by the level of service. They offer separate restrooms for men and women, complete with a changing table. The only reason I wouldn't give it a perfect 5 is that the bathroom could have been cleaner than I expected.

I experienced some of the worst service and food quality I've ever encountered from this brand. They served fountain drinks even though they had run out, and when we brought it to their attention, they said they didn't have time to replace the Coke. I find this completely unacceptable! Food rating: 1/5.

The atmosphere was quite serene! The food was prepared perfectly, and I really enjoyed the milkshake I had. As a teacher who works with special needs children, it warmed my heart to see differently-abled employees at this location. I love Chick-fil-A, and I would definitely like to return to this spot when I'm in the area again.

As someone who visits the area occasionally, I always make it a point to stop by this restaurant during my trips. I've never had a negative experience here. The service is friendly and quick, the food is consistently good, and the drive-thru is well-designed, so traffic hardly ever backs up to the main road — a problem I've encountered at other Chick-fil-A locations.
