Overall it’s reasonable. That being said, if you pay a dollar “.90” for a cheese cup, then fill it up about 1/3 and then tell you that’s the standard. All pictures online have full cups.

It's supposed to be open until 11pm, yet 3 times I have tried getting food to take to work (I work nightshift) or eat before I had to go into work and it was already closed (before 10:30pm). Monitor said they were closed and also not 1 person around to ask. If you look up their hours on Google, it's supposed to be open until 11pm. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please, fix this!

Everyone has been so relaxed. It 's like absolutely no one is working. My order is the only one. It is taken forever. The guy just relaxed at the counter waiting for someone else to put my fish in the fryer. Eventually someone came along and did. Every step of this process is taking a bit incredibly long time. There is precisely zero sense of urgency. BAD service. I was the only person in the lobby and my order was taken but not started preparing within 7 minutes. Three persons walking inside the kitchen but not in a hurry to do anything. Put me 8 nuggets instead of 9. This is how they treat a worker trucker. Some manager needs to take a better look at what's going on.

I have been wanting to taste this brisket Sandwich for the longest in my area. In Connecticut, we do not have an arby's anymore. So being on the road able to find an arby's?
