Village Inn Pizza Parlor - Statesville

This was my first visit to the restaurant. The pizza was decent and it was an all-you-can-eat option, but I've definitely had better elsewhere. However, the salad bar was good.

Fantastic pizza buffet in Statesville! While some may argue that it's not the best or their favorite pizza, I have to say I disagree. Sure, you can find better pizza elsewhere, but there's something truly special about theirs. Perhaps it's a bit nostalgic for me—I've been visiting Village Inn since I was a toddler. Their pizzas really are delicious, and they’re more than happy to make pizzas upon request for the buffet, so don’t hesitate to ask!

The pizza is fresh and delicious, the salad bar is fantastic, and the customer service is excellent. The atmosphere is great as well!

William “Ray” Lackey Sr. introduced Village Inn Pizza to North Carolina in 1967 when he opened his first of 12 locations right off of I-77 in Statesville. Ray always credited the success of the family operated pizza chain to our famous homemade sauce, dough, and traditional thin crust. In over 50 years, Village Inn has never deviated from the original recipes. The dough and sauce are made in-house daily and we believe this is the foundation of any good pizza. It’s not the easiest way, or the big-chain approach, but it’s the best! Additional popular menu items include spaghetti, sandwiches, home-made soup selections, chicken wings and our 40 plus item salad bar. Village Inn also offers our all-you-can-eat pizza buffet featuring a wide selection of fresh hot pizza, salad, soup, pasta with home-made meat sauce and dessert pizza.
