Walked in this MFer at 830 and was upset I was getting here late. Chino gave me absolutely A1 service late at night and didn't swear it. I don't recommend any Subway as much as I this Subway.
My husband and I decided we wanted subway for lunch, something healthy. I ordered 2 subs on the app. My husband picked them up and came home. One of our subs were not made correctly. My husband went back to the store. And they kindly made it over. But as he returns, I check the sub again and it's wrong AGAIN!! By this time, this is just too much. I go back into the store and the manager trys to correct me, and ask what's wrong with the sub. I asked her to look at the recipe and tell me what's wrong with it. She says nothing.. there is an added ingredient on it that I don't want.. so she refunded my order and said the money would be back on my account in 24 hours... so now I'm out of meal cause the manager couldn't simply read ingredients directions.. I will not return to this store.. waste of my time.

I came into town because of a funeral and was taking the family subs (something different because most people buy chicken or bbq. . I had went to the one on Broad st and got refused service because I had a very tall order. Yes it was at lunchtime because I just arrived in town but they were not busy. Only 2 people that I let in front of me. I left that store actually looking for Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately there was not one close. So I went to the Subway in Cinema drive. They were busy, it was still lunch time. I explained to the ladies that were working what I was doing and had a tall order. I wanted the veggies in the side so the sandwiches would not get soggy. They explained they didn’t do that anymore but suggested I get a vegetable tray (which the ladies in Briad st did not suggest These ladies took my order and worked on it between the customers. They were much nicer and made my order without any complaints. Kudos to these two employees. I spent almost $100 and tipped these ladies for their excellent service. Gave me faith back into Subway. I don’t know the 2 girls names but they were wonderful. This happened Friday Dec. 30, 2022. Ladies on Cinema dr. Thank you for your excellence and attention and everyone loved the sandwiches.
