Chopstix - Statesville

The service was friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The chicken satay was moist and tender, while the beef pho was quite enjoyable. However, the basil fried dish was the highlight of the meal. I highly recommend it!

The Thai food here is fantastic! Unlike many other Thai restaurants, they offer unique noodle and soup dishes that you won't find anywhere else. While the atmosphere may not be the most modern, the food truly exceeds expectations.

Update: A year later, the Pad Kee Mao is still amazing. However, the green curry has changed a bit with the addition of green peas, giving it a flavor that leans more toward winter soup rather than traditional curry. Plus, I noticed the menu doesn’t list any prices.

The staff is wonderful, and so is the food. I eat here two or three times a month, easily. Today I was in there and one of the staff members was being mistreated by a customer who clearly was racist. She kept her composure and maintained her professionalism (even continuing to serve someone who should have been kicked out).

Really good food. Take out was very busy too. Pad thai to die for, loved the butterfly made from carrot. Fresh rolls were terrific and would really love the recipe for the sauce that they served them with. We are travelling so not able to return until next year, that is too bad because I would be back regularly!
