Bojangles - Statesville

Food was good. I had steak buscuit combo with sweet tea. I had to pay extra for a honey mustard to dip my fries in. I was told I could have ketchup for free for the fries but had to pay for one honey mustard for the fries. Was the first at any Bojangles that I had to do this. I was told all Bojangles did this, but if so, this was the only one that I've seen.

Teamwork make the dream work. That is what I like. They work well together. And every thing was fresh.

Nice Bojangles. Biscuits are made fresh but they aren't fluffy there a little flat. Maybe to due with ingredients. The inside is very nice and it was clean at the time we went. Service was a little back up and slow but it was the morning hour so they were busy, but they worked through it. The staff were nice and friendly.

Service was apathetic and the food was stale and cold. Bo is usually great, I guess it was just an off day. ?‍

The food was fresh and hot. Service was a bit slow, but maybe the food was still cooking so that was fine with me. Someone was doing their job training in the dining room. The video be played loudly and was talking about sexual harassment. It would be nice for the new employee to wear headphones so that I didn’t have to listen to the training nor does my family! My child did NOT need to hear what it was saying.
