Bojangles - Statesville

We go eat here pretty regularly for breakfast on Saturdays. The food is good 99%of the time and service is friendly. The main problem is it's hit or miss if the dining area is open or not, but that's due to staffing shortages like almost everywhere. TheDt Dew is broken on the drink machine as well, but they'll give you some if you ask.

I stopped by for food, but of course, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. So, I decided to park and go inside. After placing my order, I requested a larger bag for my food and a drink tray for my beverages. Instead of receiving them kindly, the staff basically tossed the bag and tray at me, as they were too busy chatting and joking about their plans after work. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! As a truck driver, I've received better service at a truck stop. The food was good, but the customer service really needs a lot of improvement!

I visited BoJangles for the first time based on a strong recommendation from a local. Unfortunately, the chicken didn’t compare to what you get at Popeyes or Royal Farms. The biscuit was good, but the sides were just average. On the plus side, the staff was friendly.

The French fries and green beans were freshly made, hot, and well-seasoned. The sandwich was also delicious, although it could have used a bit more mayo. Overall, everything was enjoyable—the service and food were excellent! This is one of the best Bojangles I've been to!

First time experience, hopefully won't be the last. Everything was awesome. I'm eating as I write this- delicious! Also the staff left a lasting great impression. Wish I could thank each one personally in making my family meal memorable.
