Shake Shack Staten Island Mall New Springville

One of the managers, Isaac (the shorter one), is likely the worst aspect of this place. He treats his employees poorly and lacks the competence to lead. Everything else was fine.

While the wait times were a bit lengthy, the food is absolutely worth it. Every item on the menu is incredibly fresh. I’ve never had a burger as juicy as this one while dining out. However, what really made the meal stand out were the spicy cheese fries. They’re a must-try before you die; they were so delicious that I treated them like the main course and considered everything else an appetizer.

I really love this location! The staff is friendly and cheerful, making you feel welcomed. The food is excellent, as always. The atmosphere could use a little tidying up, but it’s nothing major.

Great food and excellent employees. The place is always crowded so be prepared to wait a little longer. It is worth the wait.

An amazing effort from Kristie with my team! Organizing a team-building event can be hectic however, Kristie personally stepped in and took care of our orders, truly shows her dedication and commitment to providing excellent service. It's fantastic that she made sure everything was ready promptly and continued to serve us attentively. Politeness and professionalism are important qualities that can make a big difference in creating a positive environment and experience. It's clear that Kristie went above and beyond to ensure my team and I had a great time.
