Qdoba Mexican Eats - Staten Island

The experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. I ordered through Grubhub and my order was completely wrong. I specifically requested no beans, but received more than I had ordered, and the extra meat I asked for was missing from both meals. I also requested no toppings, yet they included everything. I asked for sauce, but received nothing. I feel like I wasted my money and I will not be ordering from this Qdoba again, especially considering the poor service and small portions. I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

This is a great alternative to Chipotle for anyone visiting Staten Island or simply looking for a roomy fast-casual dining option. I ordered three chicken tacos, a hot biscuit, and a brownie, all of which were delicious. The service was excellent and attentive. My only minor complaint is that there were a few issues with my order and the soda machine was running low, but overall, it was a fantastic experience at this casual restaurant.

On Sunday, September 11th, my mother and I visited this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. Normally, at places like this, employees tend to just take your order and rush you out the door. However, the staff working at 3:00 PM were exceptional—it's hard to express just how wonderful they were. There were two young girls who were incredibly kind and took the time to go over the menu with my mother. They even helped us carry our food to our table. If you see this, please consider giving them a substantial raise!

I wish I could eat 0 stars for the cold that I got the whole girl said to me was what was still while they both laughed this is the worst of one over STATEN-Island I hope she reads these reviews sweeten her bad at her job

If your looking for a decent meal, something that isn't expensive, while also not being complete fast food, I'd recommend this place. The food is cooked in house and made in house apart from a few items. Pricy bottled drinks but the fountain is usually a good price considering you can just refill it. If you ever have any questions about the menu the staff will help you and even recommend things. I was surprised about the transparency and costumer service that I received, even getting a free small sample when it was my first time. This location also isn't busy, so you can count on fast service. I would go again, only issue is that the rewards app needs to be fixed, it has not worked in 2 months for me.
