The cashiers were eating fries while taking customer orders, and they seemed annoyed to assist. They never have drumsticks available for orders, leading to a wait time of over 10 minutes because the food isn’t ready. This is unprofessional, even for a fast-food restaurant.

It seems that they have deactivated the mobile app, so we weren't able to access the deal through it. This is disappointing.

The service was terrible; they constantly forget items in my orders. I don’t understand how they manage to take orders! I had to go all the way home only to return for missing items. It's ridiculous!

Horrible they have mobile ordering turned off and people can’t use the app for deals they need new management ASAP

Avoid! Every time I order spicy tenders, they give me mild ones instead. Today, I even waited 7 minutes for them to prepare for it and still got just classic tenders, c'mon people!Then, the manager refused to give me no more than 2 bags of ketchup because I already got 2 dip sauces. How cheap can you get?
