Franks Bay Pizza - Staten Island

Ordered by them to feed my children. today at 5:45 o'clock ordered my pizza at 6:20 o'clock had a disc and realized that this pizza looks all day. the garlic knots are not even garlic knots that they are rolling and they taste like the burnt pizza oven. I called to let them know I wasn't satisfied with the pizza. they asked for the burned pizza back. I was shocked. bad customer service. the manager also offered me to come and fight. completely blown away from this company and would not recommend this pizzeria to a rat

I wouldn’t recommend this pizza to a rat. The service is horrible There are also bad reviews about it on Google.

Got my pizza and it looked horrible. Asked for crispy and this is what I received. Don’t recommend ordering here

I ordered franks at 1220 , a meatball parmigiana hero and simple turkey hero. At 1:00 pm food arrived. I realized they had sent roast beef sub which I'm allergic to. At 1:05pm I hung up with them they said they'd send a turkey sub to correct the issue. I called back at 135pm they said 5 more minutes. We'll it didn't come until 203 pm unbelievable and horrible customer service!!!

Pizza was really good, but the service could have been better for my pickup order. I called in an almost $80order for two large pies well in advance and by the time we had gotten there was made to wait 45 min. Very inconvenient
