Dunkin' - Staten Island

This is one of the best Dunkins in Staten Island. Drive-thru service is prompt, friendly and accurate. Coffee and baked goods are always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend.

Really frustrating having to deal with the drive thru. It’s the only one closest to where I work so it’s my only option. The woman had to input my entire order that I had already put in with the guy on the speaker. Then they handed me the wrong drink and acted like I was in the wrong and laughed about it. I just kept it since I had to leave. Not a great experience

Some of the best coffee sold hereLady who works overnights has an attitude sometimes but this js the only place open for coffee at 12am

I Went To Dunkin and I Got A Medium Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and It Was Delicious! The Staff We're Friendly and Professional.

The male employee who wore a mask and worked the night shift at this restaurant was incredibly rude to my family. He complained when we asked for our ice creams and even forgot our order in the drive-thru. His attitude was so displeasing that we have no intention of ever returning. Another mistake was made when my sister ordered a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream but was given cookie dough instead. When we pointed out the error and asked for vanilla, the employee simply added an extra scoop of vanilla on top of the cookie dough and charged us extra without any explanation.
