The sign in front says “best food in Staten Island” and I will not disagree with that. Wow incredible

Bought rice and beans with pernil. Their pernil is very flavorful and I like the skin piece too. They weigh the meat for portion control, and l they give you a good amount of rice and beans which are very tasty, which I feel I can just eat a whole container of it. Just sad that I didn't see chicharrones, my favorite . Looked at menu, they only have sancocho on Saturdays. Need to come try it one day.

Love this place. I'm there at least twice a week. The food is always good, always fresh, always a nice sized portion.

Overall good, items like rice varieties are tasty, porkchops pernil, chicken dishes good Not too high on the pasteles Ive had better. The only take cash so be prepared

My twice a week eatery. Stewed goat is my favorite. Only bad thing is they don't sell it everday. But it's OK. I'll just pick something else delicious from their menu.
