Country Donuts - Staten Island

The donuts don't taste fresh; they always seem pre-made.

The staff is wonderful, but I found speck in my egg dish, and since I don't eat speck, it was quite frustrating to encounter.

I used to love this restaurant, but I’m not sure what’s happened to it lately. If you’re hiring a chef, please ensure they know how to cook and prepare food correctly. Simply adding cheese to some eggs and calling it a cheese omelet isn’t enough. And putting a single piece of ham on burnt toast and labeling it as a grilled cheese sandwich is misleading. It’s essential to hire qualified chefs or at least provide proper training to your staff on how to cook. It’s disappointing to pay too much for these subpar dishes. Sadly, I've decided to stop dining here. For now, I’ll stick with coffee and donuts until I see some improvements. I'm really sorry to say all of this.

We were very pleased with our visit to Country Donuts Amboy Rd. Service was friendly and very fast. Our coffee and donuts were terrific.

Omg, I looove their donuts! Waaaay better than Dunkin or Tim Hortons. I highly recommend
