Country Donuts - Staten Island

The owner, Eddy, is very strict and oversees the training of his employees. My daughter worked at the restaurant when she was 17 to 19 years old and always came home with strange stories.

I absolutely adore this place! The doughnuts and coffee are top-notch, and the service is consistently outstanding. Everything here is always fresh and delicious!

The french toast is beyond BLAND.. completely tasteless.. like add something to the batter.. sugar, cinnamon.. something. It looks delicious but the taste is a complete disappointment, same with the pancakes! This needs some serious help in the taste department. I want to like them so badly but I just cant.

I always come here with the ladies with my dunkin donuts order (there's no seats in dunkin since covid! and eat my jelly donuts and drink my black iced coffee in solitude...the workers here are nice and dare I say very-good looking for donut shop workers (im talking to you blondie! and will make you fresh smoothies or toss you a delicious doughnut in a jiffy! The bathrooms however tend to smell like slaughterhouses, Juan the bathroom attendant needs to work just a tad bit faster spraying lysol and scrubbing down the seats! But everything else about this place is splendid, and just remember, America runs on Country!

The employee at Country Donuts in Amboy was extremely disrespectful and requires additional customer service training. I have no plans to revisit this location in the future.
