Bubbakoo's Burritos - Staten Island

Very hit or miss but i think today will be the last miss i allow. I really love the love chips with raspberry and they usually nail it but today i got it in a narrow container with the sauce only on the top 4 chips the rest were plain and greasy. The bowl i ordered was 80% rice and with barely any of the sauce i ordered. Was just incredibly unpleasant. There should be a quality check before sending these orders out. Disappointing.

Love this place from the food to the service people are very polite and can't get enough of those burritos. Definitely stop in anytime and try some wonderful food from this hidden gem on the island. Also don't forget to ask for salsa or guacamole for extra flavor .

We received am amazing warm welcome and the customer service was absolutely ? ? great. Anna personality was a great joy. I had a Chicken Quesadilla Thursday and returned Fruday for the same meal. The food was very tasty I didn't need any sauce. I love this location and the staff.

I have not been to this location but I order from there. They do go beyond what I expected. And left me satisfied. The food is very tasty filling. My go-to is the Taco Bowl with carnitas, seasoned?, black beans, fajita veggies, ????. Sour cream house salsa. I just made my self hungry ? Can't wait to order the burrito and quesadillas next. 10/10

I have ordered from this place in the past and it was normally good. Over the last year, however, the quality of food and service has been abysmal. I gave them three strikes and they struck out beautifully. Two months ago, I ordered pickup for lunch and when I got there, I found out they had given my food to someone else. It happens, I get it. But then they took forever to remake my food and were just being nonchalant about it right in front of me. It took another 10 minutes just to get someone to remake my food that should have been done. Then, last month, I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. They sent the bowl to me with basically leftover chicken that was hard and crunchy and inedible with soggy food and it was cold. Tonight was the last time I will ever order. I?ve attached the photo below of what my order of sweet Thai chili cauliflower looks like. They have the nerve to send that out with the delivery driver and think people will be happy about it? Absolutely disgusting. Beware if you order from here, the food is terrible and the service is even worse.
