Zen Wings And Things - State College

Me and my roommate ordered from this a few days ago. The half pound boneless chicken was maybe 1/5 pound at most. The chicken wings were looking so spoiled they had white gridlines on the side. I dont know how they are literally selling rotten food and getting away with it.
