Why didn 't they stop taking the order or warn me in advance about this? They even did not ask me about refund or getting another drink, nor any other substitution toppings if I want. They just served the defective product with just saying sorry. If I knew that there no macadamia crumbles, I would have not chosen this one. They just fooled me, took my money, and gave a ridiculous drink.Isn 't there a service manual that they should stop receiving orders when there is no ingredients, or at least warn customers during taking orders? Or at least when there is product provided with defect, can 't they ask me at least some options or if I need anything? It is so BASIC service manner.

The service is fine but literally every time I go, they get my name wrong. I even spell it out for them, it's like they are doing it on purpose. Paula is not a hard name. I've been going for maybe a year now but this will be my last time.
