Mcdonald's - State College

If you drive through the drive-thru in the morning, the service is just average at best. The staff member who takes my order always gives me way too much of everything I ask for. If I request salt and pepper, she hands me a whole handful of packets. If I foolishly ask for one extra butter, I end up with nine! I assume she thinks this will discourage me from asking for anything else. Additionally, there are almost never napkins included with the order, and if they are out of the bag by the time the order number is called, they can't be sure which order belongs to whom, since I've never seen a clear way to match the order number to the bag. On one occasion, the staff member didn't even bother to announce my order or mention who else had ordered the wonderful breakfast here.

The staff was well-managed and quick to get our order out. This was one of the better McDonald's I have visited.

I've never had any issues with the quality or taste of the food; it’s always served hot and fresh, regardless of how late I place my order. The mobile app is incredibly convenient, making the ordering process quick and easy, plus you can save quite a bit through the app and rewards program! Occasionally, I have sensed a bit of passive-aggressiveness from some of the staff, while others seem to be in a great mood. Everyone has their off days, but they generally try not to take things personally and just move on.

I bought a McChicken sandwich and a koks at 15 o'clock today. my order number, which I think was 207 and I came in, because it was so secure. within 2 hours I started to feel restless in my like and got chicken. then I started to gag as if I were breaking. I went to a local load to use the restroom. I was so sick that I thought I was going. nausea and throw up, then fall. it was definitiw food poisoning and therefore I had to leave the work and go home. I lost money over that sandwich I won? I also said my family so they don't eat there either. this place has gone downhill and the lack of professionalism in management says everything. so sad!

Drive thru quick! food was somewhat hot! Chocolate shake Good if you like Chocolate. Vanilla Shake tasted like it had Chocolate mixed in it. Clean off the Shake machine please.
