Galanga By Cozy Thai - State College

One of my preferred locations for delicious thai food. Service is always nice even when they have a full house. The service was very kind and attentive. It has a nice interior. Feels like a place in Los Angeles I liked.

Located in the heart of State College near Penn State University, this restaurant is one of the top Thai eateries in the city. The only downside is the limited parking space. However, they offer a wide variety of delicious Thai dishes to choose from.

Today, I ordered the "Galangal Fried Rice" at this restaurant and it was a satisfying dish. The rice had a surprising amount of flavor and the sauce on the side added a nice touch. I enjoyed the crispy chicken crumbs, which were perfectly cooked and not too dry. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant, especially if I have room for dessert next time.

The dipping sauce that comes with the pineapple fritters is likely the most unique and delicious blend of sweet and tangy flavors they have ever tried.

I liked eating. they had the usual Thai street food we all know and love in a bistro situation. expect them stools and counters instead of conventional stands. I had to knock off a star because it was very mild. if they like their pad thai on the warmer side, make sure to ask the chili pfeffer sauce.
