Cinnabon - State College

I placed an online order. The online hours showed they close at 6pm and so do the hours on the door. But when I arrived at 5pm the door was locked, the lights were off, and no one was inside. Now I have to call my bank to dispute this charge

Staff were very nice, but went there at 1pm they had no coffee, vanilla ice cream machine wasn’t working, and lemonade probably among other things was empty or not working. The middle of the roll we got was cold and tasted stale.

Never open at the time they post. Plan to come 1 hour later than when they say they’ll be open.

Carlos went above and beyond serving us today. Thank you so much.

I went in for my mom’s birthday and on multiple websites it said you get a free BonBites 4ct but when we got there, the manager said “I don’t know”. How don’t you know if you’re the “manager” of the establishment. Horrible service.
