I usually enjoy this place, but the past two times, the service has been bad. Immediately forgetting things when asked for it and letting drinks run empty for far too long. They burnt my burger, forgot to leave off the mayo, and it was incredibly dry even with the mayo. The food is usually really good, but it was bad all around today.

I ordered a chef salad which is supposed to have smoked ham. While the spring mix and veggies were fresh, there was no ham at all on my salad. This order was a to-go order and I live 30 miles away. I paid for a salad that includes smoked ham. While the salad tastes good, I am disappointed.

Service was slow one of the ppl in our party had a hair in her burger, the server did offer to replace or another option but the service was extremely slow especially on a Saturday afternoon with a small crowd in the restaurant. I've had a much better experience at different locations.
