Firehouse Subs Middleton Court

This sandwich chain won me over in while I lived in Florida. All the ingredients are super fresh and service is always great even when they're busy. I completely stopped eating at any subway restaurants after eating at a firehouse subs.

The restaurant staff didn't greet us when we walked in. Despite being the first customers, we received our order last. The sandwiches lacked flavor, and the bread was hard and stale. We won't be returning to this location. Next time, we'll try Jersey Mike's in hopes of having a much better experience.

Came in with a party of 6. The place wasn't too busy. Everything was great until Lakeisha started bringing our food out. I ordered a club on a sub, Lakeisha brought me a turkey bacon ranch. It took barely 5 minutes to bring our 6 subs out, but took them 20+ minutes to remake my sub(mind you the company i work with is on a 30 minute lunch break). On top of that, Percy was shooting me dirty looks when i informed them that i didn't order a turkey bacon ranch. I should've gotten my boss to refund my sandwich as i didnt feel comfortable with percy making my sandwich nor did i feel welcome to eat there anymore. This was my first experience with this place and the reason i rated it 3 stars is because my coworkers food was promptly delivered and the sub i eventually got was pretty good. I can't say I'll eat here again, nor would i recommend. I asked for a business card which Lakeisha said they didnt have any, and Percy reluctantly pointed them out. Clearly I'm not the customer they want to attract.

I had Firehouse for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

It seems they struggle to follow directions, take orders accurately, and actually provide what you pay for. Update: On my last visit before today, the Firehouse in Starkville, MS completely messed up my order and promised me a free meal on my next visit. When I called today to redeem that offer for lunch, the staff member I spoke to was completely clueless and didn’t understand what I was referring to. During my previous interaction with this location, the person I spoke with claimed to have set everything up in the system for my free sandwich, but now when I call, there's no record of it. This location is a complete disappointment, and I have no intention of doing business with them again. The customer service is atrocious and utterly disappointing.
