Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

We had the loveliest waitress named McKayla! We ordered a kids' plate with chicken fingers and onion rings, as well as the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp, paired with loaded potatoes and sweet tea. We left feeling completely full and very satisfied! We'll definitely be returning again and again! I also recommend the spinach and artichoke dip with chips; we finished that off so quickly that I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture!

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered fish and chips but ended up with sushi that had soggy breading. It was just sad. The couple next to us ordered a bourbon steak and received a raw piece of meat with cold sauce poured over it. When the manager offered to take it back and apologized, she declined, likely knowing they would just microwave it. Overall, it was a dreadful meal. I almost felt nauseous when I took a bite, as cold fish juice ran down my lip and chin. Just really disappointing.

During a recent work trip, I ordered dinner through DoorDash. I got the loaded cheese fries and my favorite dessert, the Blue Ribbon Brownie. The delivery was prompt, and the brownie was fantastic! However, the fries were a bit overcooked. Despite that, I would definitely order from them again!

The wait time was descent but the presentation of the food was horrible. My waiter complained about his coworkers while talking our order, which showed a lack of team leadership. I will not be visiting this establishment for a very long time.

Very good oriental tacos. Waiter n management team were very attentive to the customers. Nice friendly atmosphere.
