This deli shop is a must-visit in Hvar Island. Chloé and Ivan warm welcome and complete knowledge of the products are key factors to the success of this cosy shop. The deli offers high quality products from different parts of the world and plenty of delicious secrets from Croatia. The couple has amazing gastronomic tips and advises the clients about the best use of the products available. I would love to have a gastronomic experience handled by Ivan and Chloé with all the delicatessen's ingredients! Za Pod Zub is definitely a highly recommended shop if you are around Stari Grad!

Yvon and Chloe catered two PERFECT private dinners for us during our recent stay in Hvar. We were celebrating a big birthday and honeymoon and asked the team from villashvar for 5-star chef recommendations to prepare our dinners. I'm so happy they recommended Za Pod Zub!! Y C far exceeded our expectations! They created two different delicious menus that were artistically presented with perfect wines to match. So many of the ingredients came from their beautiful shop--Lemon salts, special olive oils and all of the incredible cured meats. The foie gras was up there with the best ever, which isn't a surprise given Yvon's history with the Michelin rated Four Seasons... Every course was incredible! We left Hvar with beautiful memories and new friends. Yvon, we'll be back to see you..... Until then, We're enjoying all of the treats we brought home from your shop.

I came across this wonderful shop while wandering the streets of Stari Grad on the island of Hvar and bought truffle oil and dimljena salt. I could have bought much more everything looked so delicious. Come to Bristol please!!!!!

J'ai pu observer Chloé Ivan à l'oeuvre et ce que je peux vous dire c'est que leur métier est une vé-ri-ta-ble passion..et cela fait vraiment...toute la différence..! Je vous conseille vraiment d'aller découvrir leur produits croates c'est une tuerie (Mon favori: l'huile à la truffe blanche, elle est exceptionnelle) . Très admirative de vous deux! A très vite

Wonderful store in one of the small back streets of town selling a great array of products that cannot be found elsewhere. Delightful staff and owners who love to engage their guests in discussion. Thank you, loved the rillettes,olives and great selection of wines.
